Mitch Golub
Senior Vice President and President of Cars.com
As Senior Vice President and President, Cars.com, Mitch Golub, is responsible for the daily operations that have transformed the company into a leading online automotive destination. Golub's primary focus continues to be on the development of Cars.com's strategic direction, ensuring the company's sales, finance, marketing, product development, media and business development areas are all closely aligned with the company's vision and positioned for sustainable growth.
Golub joined Cars.com in July 1997 as the organization's first employee after a successful 21-year career with the Tribune Co. While with Tribune, he leveraged his extensive background in editorial management to lead the company's new business initiatives, including the creation and management of start-ups in print, broadcast and online. Golub also held a leadership role in Tribune's emerging New Media Group, where key accomplishments included the launch of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel website and the creation of Digital City South Florida, now a part of America Online. In recognition of his contributions, Golub received the Tribune Co.'s first Values Award, presented in appreciation of business achievements demonstrating creativity and entrepreneurialism.
As a result of his expertise and pioneer status, Golub has participated in a variety of industry panels, workshops and speaking engagements. He has been a regular featured speaker at Auto Remarketing's annual iRemarketing Summit, the Forrester Automotive Summit and EyeforAuto. Additionally, Golub provides frequent commentary and analysis to publications such as Automotive News, Auto Remarketing, NADA's Auto Exec and Used Car Dealer Magazine and has addressed consumer interests in The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal.

Alex Vetter
Senior Vice President, Sales
As Senior Vice President of Sales for Cars.com, Alex Vetter oversees
the company's various sales channels, including local dealer sales and national
manufacturer accounts. Prior to this role, Vetter served as vice president of
network sales and has been responsible for dealer product development, client
services and network operations. He joined Classified Ventures in September 1997 as business development manager.
From the formation of the original Cars.com business strategy to the rollout
of Cars.com into its first 80 affiliate markets, Vetter has been a driving force
in the business. Since taking the helm of dealer sales in 1999, he has helped
grow the network to more than 16,000 dealers.
Vetter has extensive experience in sales, marketing and product development,
including international development and promotional experience. From 1993 to
1994, he was a market development officer for the English Lacrosse Union in Europe,
where he handled international marketing expansion for the 1994 Lacrosse World
Cup. Vetter moved to Chicago in 1994 and worked in a variety of sales and marketing
roles before joining the Tribune Co.'s database and direct marketing group in
1995. He later was named business development manager for Tribune Interactive/Tribune
Media Services, where he was responsible for building new online services, managing
syndication partnerships with America Online, Inc. and developing a custom website-building
business.
Vetter received a Vachelor's Degree with concentrations in History and Psychology
in 1993 from Rhode Island's Providence College, where he was a four-year Division
I lacrosse athlete.

William Swislow
Senior Vice President, Product & Chief Information Officer
In his role as Senior Vice President of Product and Chief Information Officer, William Swislow oversees
all aspects of the Cars.com product and technology teams. He has guided the site's development since
its inception in 1997.
Before joining Cars.com, Swislow held several roles within the Chicago
Tribune, including interactive marketplaces editor. During his tenure, Swislow
managed the launch of the company's first editorial website. Prior to his time
with Tribune, he served as managing editor of the Society of Professional Journalists'
Quill Magazine and of four alternative weeklies in New England. Swislow also
spent two years as an editor at Dow Jones News Service.
Swislow received his Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University
and a Master's Degree in Journalism from Columbia University. In addition to
his role at Cars.com, he operates the cultural website interestingideas.com.

Bob Gallagher
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Bob Gallagher is responsible for the financial functions at Classified Ventures, including the company's financial reporting, accounting, planning, financial systems and treasury functions, as well as as other strategic initiatives. Additionally, Gallagher works closely with the Cars.com team and is responsible for the Cars.com Finance team, as well as the Cars.com Operations team, which includes Customer Service and Account Management. .
Gallagher joined Classified Ventures in 2005. In addition to a public accounting background, Gallagher has over 18 years experience
in various financial leadership roles with Ameritech, Andersen Consulting,
and Divine, Inc.
Gallagher is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
He and his wife, Christy, reside in Bolingbrook, IL with their three children.

Carolyn Crafts
Vice President, Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing for Cars.com, Carolyn Crafts oversees a team of marketers and is responsible for building the Cars.com brand with the needs of key trade, consumer and stakeholder audiences.
A Tribune veteran of more than ten years, Crafts brings broad-ranging media and marketing expertise to Cars.com. She served as Director of Marketing at the Chicago Tribune, leading efforts for print and online classified products across Tribune Company newspapers. She was an early leader in the online classified space, acting as Project Manager for Chicago Tribune’s CareerPath.com, where she was the sole dedicated employee during product development, launch and early operations.
Crafts earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.

Greg McGivney
General Manager and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development
As General Manager and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, Greg McGivney maintains responsibility for a number of areas critical to Cars.com's success, which include defining the strategy of the organization, leading business development efforts, maintaining partnerships and alliances, and exploring new revenue opportunities.
McGivney joined Cars.com in 2003 after leaving his role as chief operating
officer of By-Products Interactive, a $50 million agriculture brokerage and publishing
company. Prior to his role with By-Products, McGivney also led teams as a manager
in the strategy consulting practice with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and also
held strategy and corporate finance positions at Waste Management.
McGivney is a graduate of Marquette University and received his Master's Degree
in Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School
of Management.
