Beginning in 2006, Tim was responsible for the strategic oversight of two leading real estate Web sites: HomeGain and HomeFinder.com. Under his seasoned leadership, both businesses thrived and evolved despite a challenging real estate market. Most notably, HomeGain met or exceeded its profitability targets each year, while HomeFinder.com experienced dramatic change during its drive to engage the marketplace, marked by (i) the launch of a national Web site in 2007 (ii) the rebranding of the business from Homescape in early 2009, and (iii) the announcement of a $40 million print promotion campaign with over 130 newspaper partners.

Before he embarked on the path to real estate, he also held increasingly senior positions with Apartments.com, our sister company, as general manager and senior vice president in 2001. In his nearly six-year stint in the rentals category, Apartments.com saw its advertiser base grow from 7,000 to over 14,000, and revenues grow by over 500 percent. His varied career also includes two years in Corporate Development, following stints in commercial lending and public accounting with Bank of America and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, respectively.

Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CPA. He and his family reside in Wilmette, IL.

Mark is a 19 year sales, business development and marketing veteran. Mark has spent over 10 years working in the real estate technology space for companies including Bamboo.com Virtual Tour Company, iPix, Connecting Neighbors, Reply, Inc., and now HomeFinder.com. Over the years, he has built, trained and managed many remote sales and account management teams in the roles of Director of Sales and Business Development. He has also participated in speaking engagements at industry events, featuring topics on MLS syndication, online marketing and more.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, Kim, and their two young sons.

Pam has more than 20 years of information technology experience across different industries with varied technical responsibilities, ranging from application development, systems administration and project management.

Pam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Illinois and a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from DePaul University. She currently resides in the McHenry County, IL countryside with her husband, Mike, and several horses, cats and dogs.

Doug came to HomeFinder.com with nearly 11 years experience in product and technology development, having previously served as the Director of Product Innovation at Orbitz.com, where he spent three years in successively more senior product leadership roles. Before Orbitz, Doug spent five years managing products and writing code for Telution, a billing and order managment software firm, and worked at a mid-size consulting company before that.

Doug is an alumnus of Bradley University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Computer Systems.

Chad's prior experience includes fulfilling the role of Project Manager at Cars.com, which eventually led to his promotion to Data Application Development Manager for Cars.com, Apartments.com and HomeFinder.com. In his varied career, Chad has also held roles with seven different companies spanning the fields of banking, insurance, marketing, manufacturing and engineering.

Chad is a 1989 alumnus of Ohio State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and also holds a B.A. in Physics from Ohio Wesleyan University. He spends most of his free-time at his southwestern MI farm with his wife and two kids.

Prior to his current appointment, Nick had filled many positions with increasing responsibility at HomeFinder.com, starting in online marketing, business development and most recently fulfilling the role as Finance Manager. He also previously worked at a start-up real estate development company, where he developed his love for the industry.

Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Master's Degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business with a dual concentration in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He and his wife currently reside in Chicago, IL.
