Prior to the current post he served as Vice President of Product and Marketing since December 2008, when he joined the company. In this capacity he oversaw product management, reporting, design and marketing communications. Under his guidance, Homefinder dramatically improved its product offerings and increased its organic web traffic tenfold.

Doug came to HomeFinder.com with nearly 11 years experience in product and technology development, having previously served as the Director of Product Innovation at Orbitz.com, where he spent three years in successively more senior product leadership roles. Before Orbitz, Doug spent five years managing products and writing code for Telution, a billing and order management software firm, and worked at a mid-size consulting company before that.

Doug is an alumnus of Bradley University, where he earned a B.S. in Business Computer Systems. He resides in Wilmette, IL, with his wife Mandy and their two young sons.

Mark is a 19 year sales, business development and marketing veteran. Mark has spent over 10 years working in the real estate technology space for companies including Bamboo.com Virtual Tour Company, iPix, Connecting Neighbors, Reply, Inc., and now HomeFinder.com. Over the years, he has built, trained and managed many remote sales and account management teams in the roles of Director of Sales and Business Development. He has also participated in speaking engagements at industry events, featuring topics on MLS syndication, online marketing and more.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, Kim, and their two young sons.

PPrior to his current appointment, Jonathan held several positions with increasing responsibility at HomeFinder.com, beginning as a Java Developer working on R&D projects for Classified Ventures.

Jonathan has more than 10 years of information technology experience working for both small and large internet companies.

Jonathan earned his Bachelor's degree at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and is currently completing his Master's of Science in Computer Science degree at DePaul University in Chicago. He resides in Forest Park, IL with his wife, Tara, a retired greyhound, Ralphie, and an angry cat, Storm.

Prior to joining the Homefinder.com family, he was Director of Data Acquisition Operations for Trans Union, where he was responsible for operational excellence, data quality and product fulfillment. His broad array of functional leadership experience spans more than 20 years, building and leading highly effective teams in Operations, Data Acquisition, Data Quality and Testing. His career began with Komatsu Dresser Company in Finance, followed by a stint in Total Quality Management where he developed his passion for operational excellence.

Stephen is a real estate investor and an alumnus of Bradley University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He and his family reside in Naperville IL.

Cassie joined HomeFinder.com in 2009 as a financial analyst and has continued to take on more responsibility, eventually growing into the role of director. Prior to HomeFinder.com, Cassie held accounting positions at Midway Games and Audit Bureau of Circulations which helped her to develop a strong finance skill set.

Cassie attended Winona State University where she earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Spanish. She is a licensed CPA and currently resides in Chicago.
