Jauernig joined Classified Ventures in April 2000 from the former Toronto-based Newcourt Credit Group, Inc. a NYSE publicly listed $25 billion global financial services company acquired by the CIT Group in November 1999, where he served as its Chief Financial Officer. As Chief Financial Officer, he had overall responsibility for finance, credit, HR, public relations, internal audit, technology and managing the capital structure of the company, which included numerous equity offerings and Newcourt's largest joint ventures. He participated and served as a director in several joint ventures, including a joint venture between Dell Computers and Newcourt that created Dell Financial Services, a $2 billion lender that underwrites and funds all of Dell Computer's financed sales and Snap-on Credit, a $1 billion joint venture between Snap-on Corporation and Newcourt.

Jauernig is currently a director of Torstar Corporation, a broadly based media company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: TS.B) and Home Equity Income Trust (TSX: HEQ.UN) a publicly listed income trust that operates Canadian Home Income Plan, a fast growing reverse mortgage lender in Canada. He also served as a director of the Toronto St. Michael's Majors, a Junior A hockey team representing a not-for-profit Catholic high school.

Jauernig received a Bachelor of Mathematics Honors Degree, from the University of Waterloo in Canada. He is also an accredited Canadian Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant and a United States Certified Public Accountant.

Jauernig is married with 3 children. He enjoys hockey, skiing and racquet sports.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager, Kevin was the Vice President of Sales from 2001 to 2006 where he cultivated and managed relationships with national property-management companies, trained and directed the Apartments.com internal sales force and developed strategic partnerships with organizations and associations that benefit the multi-family industry, property managers and visitors to Apartments.com.

As Vice President of Sales, Kevin was responsible for growing the Apartments.com customer base from 8,100 customers in 2001 to more than 14,000 in 2006. In addition, Kevin was instrumental in the development of programs and resources to facilitate a 90% customer retention rate and building a top-notch sales team consisting of more than 100 customer-centric employees located throughout the United States.

Prior to Apartments.com, Kevin spent 11 years in technology arena including positions with Headhunter.net, BrassRing, Terra-Starr and Chicago Tribune. Previous accomplishments include creating the first-ever offline career fair for Yahoo Careers and Headhunter.net and contributing to the development of “Silicon Prairie”--a high-tech magazine for IT professionals. Kevin is also a two-time winner of the Campbell Award, a Chicago Tribune top sales honor.

Kevin earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Notre Dame University. He and his wife, Lisa, reside in LaGrange Park, IL with their five children.

Targeting leasing professionals, Lisa speaks on the benefits of internet leasing and provides simple steps to effectively convert leads from online advertising resources to leases. Focusing on customer service in the real world, Lisa is able to facilitate training for multi-housing professionals to assist in securing renters in the most cost effective manner.

Her sessions are beneficial to anyone who uses, or is considering using, online advertising resources to generate community leads. Lisa is an expert speaker and has worked with a multitude of management companies and apartment associations and has presented in most major markets across the United States.

Lisa has presented to groups ranging in size from 13 to 300 and can tailor her session to your needs and issues.

Beginning in 2006, Tim was responsible for the strategic oversight of two leading real estate Web sites: HomeGain and HomeFinder.com. Under his seasoned leadership, both businesses thrived and evolved despite a challenging real estate market. Most notably, HomeGain met or exceeded its profitability targets each year, while HomeFinder.com experienced dramatic change during its drive to engage the marketplace, marked by (i) the launch of a national Web site in 2007 (ii) the rebranding of the business from Homescape in early 2009, and (iii) the announcement of a $40 million print promotion campaign with over 130 newspaper partners.

Before he embarked on the path to real estate, he also held increasingly senior positions with Apartments.com, our sister company, as general manager and senior vice president in 2001. In his nearly six-year stint in the rentals category, Apartments.com saw its advertiser base grow from 7,000 to over 14,000, and revenues grow by over 500 percent. His varied career also includes two years in Corporate Development, following stints in commercial lending and public accounting with Bank of America and PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC, respectively.

Tim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CPA. He and his family reside in Wilmette, IL.

Mark is a 19 year sales, business development and marketing veteran. Mark has spent over 10 years working in the real estate technology space for companies including Bamboo.com Virtual Tour Company, iPix, Connecting Neighbors, Reply, Inc., and now HomeFinder.com. Over the years, he has built, trained and managed many remote sales and account management teams in the roles of Director of Sales and Business Development. He has also participated in speaking engagements at industry events, featuring topics on MLS syndication, online marketing and more.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania and lives in Chicago, IL with his wife, Kim, and their two young sons.
